Encoding System

Enochian — 21 letters. Compressed from the 22-letter Sefer base by removing Aleph (silence). A spoken alphabet cannot contain silence. The 21 letters map to the 21 Angelic Keys. Suppression History

Dee's library at Mortlake was burned by a mob in 1583 — the largest private library in Elizabethan England, over 4,000 books and manuscripts. Dee fled to the Continent with Kelley. His reputation was destroyed after his death — dismissed as a conjuror. His papers scattered. The British Library now holds the largest collection. The Monas was never suppressed — it was unreadable. 'The hunters catalogued what they should have burned.'

Recoverability

STRONG. British Library manuscripts intact. Monas Hieroglyphica published and preserved. Enochian fully documented. The framework is complete and recoverable. Dee was the most deliberate encoder in the European tradition — he knew exactly what he was building and designed it to survive.

28 Lunar Mansions

Lunar mansion data not documented in this framework's surviving records. Only two cultures explicitly enumerate the 28 lunar mansions: Vedic (28 Nakṣatras) and Chinese (28 Xiù). All others hint at it through practice.
