Encoding System

The Emerald Tablet (Tabula Smaragdina) — the pipeline in 13 lines. The most compressed encoding of any pre-modern tradition. Attributed to Hermes Trismegistus. Whether Hermes was a god, a historical person, or a literary attribution is irrelevant — the text encodes the complete machine. Translated into Latin in the 12th century, it became the foundation of all European alchemy.

Suppression History

Never suppressed — it was too short. 13 lines. Impossible to burn because it was everywhere. Copied into every alchemical manuscript. The booth could not ban a paragraph.

Recoverability

STRONG. The Emerald Tablet survives in hundreds of copies. Latin, Arabic, and Greek versions preserved. The oldest surviving coda — and the most compressed.

28 Lunar Mansions

Lunar mansion data not documented in this framework's surviving records. Only two cultures explicitly enumerate the 28 lunar mansions: Vedic (28 Nakṣatras) and Chinese (28 Xiù). All others hint at it through practice.
